Scott, I'm not sure whether it has to be multi-lateral or not, but military action should definitely be the last resort, no question.

Seems folks down in the States are starting to debate the issue, which is great. I'd rather have congress assembled declare war than Cheney, if that's the way it's got to be ... sad to say, but I've got way more faith in tv nation. <g/ng>
