Are there any attorneys on the thread willing to undertake a class action shareholder suit against First Boston for stock manipulation? It seems apparent that it is using its great power to manipulate the stock in an attempt to bring about a self-made prophesy. Such an action would certainly gain the attention of Wall Street and, if nothing else, might bring about some restraint in the use of bad information or rumors before they are confirmed.
