Bush is doing exactly what I said he should and would do. He will get a UN ultimatum and he will get UN support for the "or else." Then it's up to Saddam whether we have to use it. You just don't get the point, or aren't willing to open your eyes and see it - that doesn't mean there isn't one.

Today was one of American history's most remarkable power plays. The United States told members the UN to get real.

The legitimacy of the UN hangs in the balance now. If they back down from their resolutions, UN Plaza becomes a museum.

I bet they won't back down.
