cheney receives millions based on oil and oil services. that, too, is a fact. neither shrub - who probably doesn't actually make decisions anyway - nor cheney (nor neonixonite rumsfeld nor ashcroft) - have any credibility in "regime change" in the mid east.

i'm not defending ritter. i don't know enough about him to defend him. all i heard one interview where he conducted himself with grace and came across as a very decent guy.
