Well then you must be up 3-4% right now and feeling like a genius. :) All I can say is that if I had a crystal ball, I'd have sold out 2.5 years ago and held cash too. Then I'd be talking about a 5 year horizon instead of a 10 year horizon. Argh! It sux when your horizon has increased over the last 3 years. It's supposed to diminish over time, not increase. Anyway, I'm about 15% cash right now. It's burning a hole in my pocket. I think I'm going to start buying soon, maybe even next week.
