Jim, I'm in total agreement with you as I understand there are currently 103.3 million shares issued and outstanding and 135.4 million shares authorized, leaving 32 million when he takes over. He wants another 51 million on top of this?? Selling shares is not the answer to the debt issue.

Slightly o/t. Rumor from a well placed source who is a Columbia Gas(now Nisource NI) retiree that there is another round of layoffs coming. Additionallly, a service man told me that the company is now turning off service for much smaller arrearages due to money crunch at company. I've put a call into my man in FLA who is a retired exec but as yet now return call. Will post his take on things when it arrives.
