fiber op companies already said in june they see no recovery till maybe 2004.....other sectors are pushing outlooks back further into 2003.... as someone on bubblevision said a long time ago, "those bozos couldn't see the cliff, what makes you think they can see the recovery?" Also, according to them we should have had several recoveries by now. its proven to be foolish to try and out guess this retrace or go against it....... for the time being, I am certainly not going to go against it. But I know I will reduce the size of my wagers once we get closer to 700. <g>
