You have a point about the debt..............everyone here probably gets many offers for credit cards on a routine basis.....it really is ridiculous.............Pre qualified!!,,,,,,,,for what kind of disaster!! LOL I had an Uncle who used to brag all the time about how he could walk into any bank and have no trouble getting as much money as he wanted to borrow.............. My father would privately say to us after he left," The trouble starts when he has to begin paying it back!!" LOL Heck you don't even have to apply for credit anymore..offers for all kinds of things come in the mail daily..........it makes you wonder.

What did he fix ? The deficit grew under his watch unless you believe in Enron accounting. The size of government grew and we will pay for it in the future as all that dead beat bureaucracy drowns us. His fortune was Y2k and a massive flood of capital that created a bubble and the consequent hangover. The taxes flowed in. Get a grip on reality. The stock gains of the 80's didn't disappear in 1 year they were honest and real. The Clinton decade was the real decade of greed. AMAZON at 300. Fantasy land !!!!
