CHERTOFF OUTTED The head of the Criminal Division, DoJ, Trashcroft's domain is a stupid man. He claims he cannot figure out the "complex" crimes that Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling committed at Enron. This is a case of premature Altzheimers. This same a-hole, Chertoff was perfectly able to persecute Bill and Hilary Clinton for five years on the Whitewater real estate deal. The political nature of Chertoff's disinclination to prosecute obvious criminals like the Enron management, combined with his suppression of "discovery" by the survivors of 9/11 victims in Superior Court in New York leave only one conclusion possible. There is a criminal conspiracy running this country that is trying desperately to cover its tracks. We must not let them. We must be angry about being betrayed. -Ray
