I watch virtually no TV, so I can't judge what one channel might say. But I have read fairly widely over the last 50+ years and I have never heard anywhere that Muslims had any higher propensity for engaging in relations with goats or chickens than any other peoples in the world. I frankly don't believe it. I don't know many Muslims, but those I do know are every bit as sexually "straight" as anybody else, and more so than many.

Even if the Learning Channel did say it, I would want to know their source -- they could have innocently quoted a false rumor. There's a lot of that going around these days, and peoples' propensity for believing bad things about Muslims is very high right now -- just like we believed lots of false stories about Huns in WWI or Yellow Japs on WWII.
