Well, I hope that Killer's bp heads back down soon. Those weights you were talking about don't sound too extreme on a percentage basis though.

I hope to have the LV dates firmed up pretty quickly. For the golf thing, don't worry, I'll see if I can get the guys together for some more ball donations to the desert at the Badlands.

Patrick,

I have had blood pressure troubles and have found the best home blood pressure checkers are the wrist cuff or finger cuffs. Doctors will all say they are not accurate but I have taken both with me to the doctor's office and after the nurse checks my pressure I drag out my little machines and they are correct. Doctor's are slow to believe anything they are not used to.

The wrist cuff is probably the best I have had. The arm cuff is a pain in the butt to use and may work differently for each member of the family. Every member of the family could use a wrist cuff or finger cuff equally well.

I used to take my little machine to the gym and my trainer would carry it and periodically check my pressure to determine the amount of my workout.
