Whenever large positions are announced for sale there is usually
an arrangement with a buyer which remains initially unannounced.
In other words, a cross is probably in the works. Teck's proposed sale
will not throw shares onto the market and thereby lower the share price.

Whatever Teck's reason for sellng some of its WTC holdings (I suspect its to raise
cash) the fact that they can find a buyer for such a huge block is very
favorable for WTC.

In fact, one could make out a scenario, as a speculation, that a fund went
to Teck, since Teck holds a large position, and induced them to sell
off a block (possibly in exchange for some undisclosed consideration such
as a promise to facillitate funding on some other project in the future---who knows?)

In any event, I await news about the current drilling program.
Come to think of it, now that my imagination is running a bit wild, maybe the buyer of the block
has found out something that we do not know as yet.

Regards, DIV
