I called...waiting a call back.
They said accounts shouldn't be frozen for partial transfers, so they don't know why mine is.
They are gonna get a boatload of crap from me if I get screwed.
I'm already pissed at them for a bad fill I got a month ago.

I had my own painful experience Tuesday. I was sitting in a nice profitable OEX call position in the morning. I got a call that my uncle (for whom I am sole caregiver) had fallen and was on the way to ER.

My call price was fluctuating between 4.10 and 3.90 and looked like it would do so for a while. I immediately put in a limit order to sell at 4 even and had to leave.

Spent the rest of the day and evening in ER and couldn't check prices. Came home to find no fill and bid now at 2 even. Sold on open next morning at market for 1.90... or $630 loss.

I know, I know... shooda.....
