Maybe the whole thing was staged to heighten alert and to remind folks that they are being looked after? In the absence of further details, it is anybody's guess what really happened. By the way, the Canadian Prime Minister, Jean Chretien, said in a CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) interview recorded last July and aired on Tuesday Sept 11 that the U.S. must accept some responsibility for the terror attacks last Sept. He goes on to say the western world is looked upon as being arrogant, self-satisfied and greedy.
