ALSKI,

The 7/01 high on MVL woulda been a MIM except for the MDTL interference of the 7/00 bar. Despite that it still climbed back to form a cup. Now it's in handle mode so what I think you're referring to as a MDTL would be the line across the tops from 5/99 to 4/02. It may go back there to attempt a cup with handle breakout. It appears to be in a relatively low risk range if its uptrend line is used as a protective stop.
