ViryaNet (NASDAQ: VRYA - News), a leading provider of integrated mobile and Web-based software applications for workforce management and the automation of field service delivery, today announced a joint marketing agreement with Xybernaut® Corporation (NASDAQ: XYBR - News), a leader in the wearable computer industry.

Solutions created and marketed under this agreement will allow field technicians to receive and report important work order information using Xybernaut mobile/wearable computing devices integrated with ViryaNet's flagship product, ViryaNet Service Hub.
