Heck I think most of the rest of the world is wonderful, not irrelavent. There are quite a few places where people likely live happier than the typical American. But in the context of looking for support or approval for this action, it's kind of pointless to grovel at the altar of international opinion.

19% of France's population is Muslim. So for that and other reasons, I not waiting for France as an example, to make a meaningful decision on this matter.

It's good Bush went to the UN though. The logistical preparations will take at least another two months anyway, so why not?
