Months of basing in that area, and retests of support and resistance in that area over 1 year. I actually I am pretty convinced that's where we go, give or take some spikes. Essentially I think that will do it with one spike well below it maybe to 1017. However... If we get there and fundamentals don't allow us to look out very far, anything can and will happen.

ORCL has earnings on tuesday....theres your OPEX set up.... so if they dump monday to a pierce of 1251....get ready for an ORCL ramp.... if we reach the upside 1300 targets on tuesday....get ready for an ORCL dump.....
