Don't know, although I do remember back post 9-11 when the size of its potential government order flows were being overstated. Haven't kept track of it much lately.

Seemingly illogical big short positions bother me. IMO they indicate somebody knows something that isn't obvious and people get burned more often than not trying to go against the grain -- e.g. the short position in ESST was 50% of the float and look what just happened to it
