I think it is like Dr. R. says -- all the additional debt is not producing anything -- it is simply stretching things out and not stimulating new activity. If one thinks about this at all, people talking about DOW 3000 don't sound like fools any more ...

Reaper, any analysis of MGIC warning? The rate of delinquency jumped almost 8% in two months with most increase in non-subprime loans.
