As someone who has/had no position in any of these stocks ever, I would say that it is SUNW that has the best prospects going forward, whether as a trading vehicle or as a medium-term investment (3-5 years) or both.

In particular, I would avoid DELL like the plague. I believe its worst days are still ahead. I would also not be interested in MSFT and IBM as medium/long-term investments, unless they are in the mid-to-high 20's. However, SUNW looks pretty attractive at this point.

As has been pointed out many times on this thread, SI's charting is broken (or have they fixed it recently?).

It's possible that it gives the correct result over a period with no splits, however.
