Look the Israeli's tried to setlle with the oslo accord's and Yasser Fathead didnt want to give up anything. If you have two parties and one has no interest in peace(Arrafat) then you will never get peace. Why would the Israeli's want to ocupy the west bank? what economic benifit would the get? Heck they gave back the Sinai to the Egyptions which had oil fields and resources and ports. The israelis have a triving economy and growing tech industries, they dont need land, they need peace to prosper. Meanwhille the Arabs, who have been muddled in a dark age spawned by religious nutjobs have nothing to lose, cause they have nothing. Their leaders are only importent in the context of a struggle with Isreal. If they were at peace would anyone send a dime to Frogface(Arofat). If the Isreali's were insured agaisnt attack and fealt secure they would give The Arabs 80-90% of what they request. How can they even negotiate when Arabs are blowing up Pizza places and schools(whom are the bigest suporters of peace process). To boot they Justify these attacks on 5-6 year olds, whille screaming about Isreali atrocities. Brought on by an ocupation in responce to these attacks.
