What is the relevance of a Graduate Degree? It seems to be an artificial requirement. What percentage of the population has graduate degrees in Pakistan? It will tilt the political representation further towards the powerful.

Is graduate degree a requirement in USA to stand for elections? In India?

What is the correlation of a graduate degree with corruption?
