i'm not sure any of these things have happened in the past, one following precisely in line after the other...

you've had overvalued stock markets (bears) with rising prices at the same time before.

indeed falling equities and rising commodities is more a perfect marriage.... one being safer than the other (some might say), one being less over valued (in some ways) then the other until that too corrects in reverse.

some history buffs might want to add to that here. i can't give good examples at the moment....
