$3.8 billion overt aid this year and we still have four months to go! If we add the $200 million released as aid to fight terrorism--an amount that does not go into the foreign aid allocation--and the $800 billion being negotiated right now, we come up with close to $5 billion.
Add the numerous hidden allocations to Israel and bingo---7, maybe 8 or more billions!
