This is a very good quote, but I don’t agree with it entirely,nor do I necessarily agree with your quote :

“ Peace can be imposed in a prison…Liberty is a more worthy endeavor... “

There are many in the world that forgo freedom to propagate peace.

Likewise, there are many who forgo peace to propagate freedom.

In an ideal world, both should exist at the same time, but you and I know, they are intertwined and compromise is often needed to get some degree of both before moving to that Utopian Place.

They aren’t black and white - or Ying and Yang - their priorities are in the eye of the subject – and sometimes we can aspire to one without destroying the other.
