Dear Colleen: I wondered about that too, but have learned even if they had carried a load of fertilizer (ammonium nitrate) it likely would have alerted the dogs. Course, who knows, for sure. jdn

Fertilizer for one thing. All you gardners and lawn owners should realize that you are in danger of attracting the attention of bomb dogs.
