<<This is a young management team for the most part>>

As of April, The CEO and VP of marketing were 43, two other VPs were in their mid-40s.

At that stage in life I was also having a new house built for the first time. It was quite a fun experience, but it WAS a drain on cash, as I was still living in the old house until after it was built.

I like young management teams. This one seems honest and capable.

I am happy to wait and let events unfold. If they are indeed profitable for the 3rd quarter (hopefully on improved sequential sales) I will be perfectly happy to admit that my opinion was wrong.

Forsyth (no "e" according to their web site) is the vice-president of finance. If he was passed over for a promotion to CFO and they brought in someone from outside for that position, I would certainly not blame him for selling his shares. Nevertheless, if he is a reasonable man his sale could also indicate his opinion about the near-term prospects for the stock. Thanks for pointing out a possible reason for his sale.

" IMO these sales as well as the weakness in the stock are an indication that the widely heralded return to profitability will be delayed for at least another quarter."

Delighted to be proven wrong <g>.
