One mans views, in Isreal there is democracy unlike in Arab countries. Assuming that the quote doesn't belong to someone other than Moshe Sharett in the first place, or isn't made up from whole cloth. The sources that these quotes come from are not exactly careful historians. I have seen many quotes taken out of context, taken from Jewish extremists but attributed to Israeli Prime Ministers (Sharon is the favorite recipient of these), or just made up.
