A "Convincing Case" of What, Kumar? The UN speech was about Saddam's compleate refusal to live up to his signed agreements after Gulf War I. Do you refuse to believe that?

If you are talking about a possible connection to 9/11 or Al Quida", Bush did not even bring it up. He does not have to. The case is made to take Saddam out on the violations alone.
