What do you mean by "convenient"?

Apologies if I inadvertantly left any buys out. The article you posted was trumpeting about the insider buying in August 2002. I checked SEC filings for all 17 SOX components. I could find no activity for LSI since July 2002.

Do you have any additional data?

It looks like your insider buying "bottom indicator" has been immensely successful in predicting a new 4 yr low for the $SOX. Please chastise me if I ever dare to question journalists again!
