Correct me if I am wrong, but Rydex traders are still net bullish are they not? And you are not suggesting Rydex levels to be some kind of key indicator more important than many other indicators, are you? Moreover, at the next IT bottom you are expecting, you would think that sentiment would be very bearish, would you not, and this might be reflected in even higher Rydex bearishness than currently exists? (soory for too many words in your mouth)
