Does the VP of Finance report to the CFO? That makes sense to me. This statement from the PR you provided a link for sure also makes it sound like that. "I am very pleased to have Dick Forsyth continue as a member of KVH's executive management. Dick's dedication and efforts during his 14 years with KVH have been key factors in reaching our current levels of record revenues and financial stability. I know that *he will continue to be an outstanding resource for the company and provide important collaboration with Pat Spratt."* It sounds like Forsyth was demoted and replaced. Maybe after internal management dissension. [Just a guess, mere speculation.] No wonder he sold his stock.
