We live less than three miles from a mosque on the east side of Tampa Bay, and the professor who got fired from USF, for terrorist connections, lives across the street from one of my friends. She's had trouble getting out of her driveway because of the media vans in the street. To say the situation is a little tense in this area would be an understatement! The thing I don't understand, is that if this is such a terrible place, as the followers of Islam in our area proclaim, Then why don't they pack up and leave?
