BUT, she didn't make them run the toll booth. she didn't have the dogs go on alert for potential bomb.
If they were stopped , and dogs didn't go nuts, and car searched they could have been on their way.
We still do not know what the license plate thing was all about.... No follow up on how the plate in Chicago was registered to another family.

Do you really think that this woman made up a story and then called the cops and told them about it??
