Shocking headline, sometime in early 2003: WALL STREET EXPERTS SHOCKED TO LEARN THAT FUTURE NOT CANCELLED Then, of course, on the message boards, the choruses of "I never said that!", and "I called it early!", followed by my favorite, "I've never lost a dime in tech, but you don't have to listen if you don't want to." The self-proclaimed geniuses on SI should own most of the world's wealth by now...
