Housing Market – Cracks Are Emerging
September 11, 2002

The Mortgage Bankers Association reported a sharp 974.7 point increase to 6104.3 in the refinance index of mortgage applications during the week ended September 6, after two weekly declines. The level of the refinance index is at a record high mark.
