Were Are The 13's... ?????????????????????????? During the mid to late 90's we had 13's on a daily basis... For the last two years we've had pockets of 13's... This continues to be suggestive of a Bear market... Also, when the charts are thick with 13's it's suggestive of low priced stocks outperforming the mid caps and large caps... For now, cash and or shortside hedges should help preserve capital for the eventual return of the Bull... Jim
