About PGO preferred, I remember it mentioned they could defer the interest for 20 quarters if they so choose? Any guesses as to the likelihood of that? Myself I give it a 50-50, and teh board consensus seems to be bankruptcy is pretty unlikely at this point. I remember wcom (actually mci-p) preferred were also trading at an unbelievable 40% dividend amount this spring and we all know what happened. I know preferred stands behind debt in the grab for assets but wonder if 35% compounded is worth chancing 100% capital loss. Most people here have the common but am leaning toward the preferred stock for the speculative income stream.
