Scott. I'm looking at it. Can you estimate what the distribution would be after the deal? KCH had $12M cash flow from ops last quarter. AE would have approx 40M shares. That's approx 10&cent/month from KCH. Looks to me like the distribution could increase. What's your take?

Hi Scott,

I'm looking @ that too. I'm wondering though (I agree Acclaim should rise) if adding some AE.UN here in the 4.2's might not be a good bet at this point too.
