I am no longer the IR or whatever I step up to be for Midland, Inc. Here is the letter I have faxed to Mark and a hard copy to follow.
Dear Mark,

It is with regret that I inform you, effective immediately due to personal reasons, I am no longer in a position to assume the duties of Investor Relations for Midland, Inc. I realize that I volunteered to assist the company at no charge during difficult times, however, since the liquidating trust is in place, and the lawsuits are underway, it is my opinion that the crisis situation is over.

I wish you and Midland, Inc. the best of luck in securing a professional investor relations person / firm, as I am not nor have I ever professed to be a professional investor or public relations person. In the best interest of the company and the shareholders I would appreciate you issuing a news release informing the public of this event. Should I receive any calls I will decline to act in this capacity. As a shareholder, with a major equity loss, I truly appreciate your hard efforts and expedient actions to resolve the recent crisis.

I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

I am going back to being what I have been for a long time and that is a private investor ONLY. I stepped up to plate with the best of intentions and stepping away with a clear conscience.

To be honest with you I am flat out tired.

GB ... PIA (Private Investor Again)
