the tick flow signal is from Thursday's close it is not a particularly strong signal usually the actual buy in time is the close of the following day however, since Friday's close was positive, it remains to be seen whether we will get a negative close Monday for the buy in, or whether the rally that started Friday will continue and all of the above is fairly insignificant, because the next major move should be down - the short term rally, if it occurs, will a great opportunity to set up for a significant decline
