Dan P. What 'dominant' position are you referring to? Certainly not LC, as the State retains TITLE and owns the gold. Why would Crystallex ever be taken over?? CVG has invited offers from other companies. Since the State has title, any company could make a proposal for LC. They don't need Crysatallex for this. I doubt that KRY would be the subject of a takeover for its current properties. The saga appears far from over. Negotiations to be held and completed and signed off, legal actions by Vannessa/Placer Dome, financing issues, operational issues, etc etc... That is reality. It is the cult that is embroiled in endless winks and nods.
