That is scary to me.

Its one thing for the US/coalition to say F* UN, and go alone. its another thing for US/coalition to say "we make decisons on behalf of UN"

THanks for that link..........I did see some of Powell's interview today and he seemed to walk a fine line without making a commitment to any action............that was my recollection of the part that I saw. Which, is in line with the role that a diplomat must portray.
