my statement has nothing to do about how I feel about the people. I do not feel money from other countries is necessary to bring up the standard of living for Iraq and Saudi.. My point is these countries have enough resources to improve the living standards of iraq people.. Saudi will also have to change quickly or lose the family control over the country... I do not see the U.S. or other nations running a huge debt to turn Iraq around.

as for Saudi. I always thought the money stayed within the thousands of extended family and not much got distributed to the people.

ps I wouldn't hold my breath on cheap oil any time soon... It will take five years to rebuild Iraq oil fields back into any kind of production... Also understand huge investments are required in Russia to increase production. So Saudi still controls the balance of oil for the short term.
