Precisely! You wanted my opinion on whether these student's would regret their actions, when I didn't even know what their actions were. I didn't even assume that the first hysterical reports were accurate, which it turns out they weren't. That is the difference, a knee jerk reaction is based on assumptions.

I originally bought into the idea that the students had skipped a toll booth. They didn't. Currently I think the most likely explanation is that Jeb Bush had the police wait in a trap designed to get the news off Florida's latest election fiasco. Anything else could have been resolved in 15 minutes.
