This is where we have to look at what is really bear market value.

I believe that P/S under 2.0 is not enough to qualify. In fact half of that figure is around the historical norm for $SPX.

Now consider we are still coming out of the century's largest bubble by this valuation metric, and imagine how far the pendulum might swing the other way.
