he was really working for the CIA, and naturally the CIA denied it, and you can believe who you want to believe.

I read a piece in "Vanity Fair" this weekend on Steven Seagal, my least favorite "Action Hero." (Only decent Movie he has ever made, IMO, was "Under Siege", and that is because Tommy Lee Jones and Gary Busey were such great villains in it.)

Turns out he is an even bigger jerk than I thought. He is in the middle of a "Sting" by the FBI on the Mafia at the moment, as the victim of extortion by an old buddy of his.

One of his "claims to fame" early in his career was that he did work for the CIA in Japan while learning Martial Arts. He can get away with this because the CIA never comments on who has worked for them, or what they have done. This is one of the big reasons that the left has been able to "Demonize" them.
