Dear Kep: Yeah, I guess we all wish he had looking back now. BUT, he had a Coalition and a mandate for one thing which he did. Being a man of his word he probably didnt want to break it. PLUS, had the UN ENFORCED the TRUCE AGREEMENT AND TERMS Saddam would have not been able to build WMD. Frankly, I think the SADDEST thing the USA did was not to go on to Bagdad BUT to NOT SUPPORT the IRAQI rebels who TRIED to overthrow the regime at that time, we sat back and let them be slaughtered. Bad thing IMHO. JDN
