(OT) Jim Woolly CB,

Your antiquated notions of financial matters have no place on this thread. The link you have pasted has (as suggested reading).

"Fractional Reserve Banking by Murray N. Rothbard"

Rothbard is what's known as a "hard currency man" and does not have a clue about modern financial matters. Debt is all the economic fashion these days. Rothbard has been recently discredited on this thread. No match for Noble prize winners like Milton Friedman.

geocities.com

So please take your OT prehistoric financial ideas to some thread that might appreciate them. Like this one <g>

Subject 53302

Hope to see you there sometime. Us economic amateurs need some inspiration!

rgds,

a strong argument can be made that we no longer are in control

Apoligies accepted, Jim. I have "been there, done that, and got the T-shirt" on the beliefs you espouse. Main point though, what you are talking about is not the subject of this thread. We try to stay to Foreign Policy. That is fractious enough!
